  • Architecture: I ask questions that identify and clarify project goals; research zoning, building code and life safety regulations; document existing conditions through measurements and photography; initiate the schematic design process in dialogue with my client; revise the design; evaluate building systems in accordance with building code, budget and durability criteria; incorporate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sustainability systems into the project design; draw and format construction drawings and specifications; assist or manage contractor negotiation; issue clarifications; perform construction administration including punch list and substantial completion.

  • Design/ Build for contractors: code review, estimating, schematic design and specifications audits to plan for regulatory agencies and minimize change orders and losses during construction

  • Feasibility Studies for owners: code review, estimating and schematic design to help decide whether to pursue a project
