Antony Stefan, AIA, NCARB

Tony is the principal of Antony Stefan Architect, PLLC.

Until 2009, Tony invested five years focusing on design/build delivery of remodeling projects in a well-regarded Bradenton firm. This design/build delivery model allowed him to form personal relationships with clients, continual involvement throughout the building process and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. Additionally, remodeling satisfies a long-held belief in a green approach to the built environment, both as a re-investment in existing infrastructure, and decreasing burden on municipal finances and natural habitat.

Tony serves as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the Myakka Branch of the United States Green Building Council, and on the Sarasota County Development Services Advisory Committee.

Tony earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1998. He earned his Bachelor of Design of Architecture from the University of Florida in 1994, graduating with Honors and an Environmental Studies Certificate.
